Subscriptions automatically renew.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method until cancelled.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

Cancellation prevents future billing.

Previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Access to Services may end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Breeze or Robert AI to:

Harass or threaten others

Send spam or unsolicited communications

Impersonate another individual

Distribute malware or malicious software

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Engage in fraudulent activity

Infringe on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

7. AI Services

Robert AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with customer interactions.

Although we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or misunderstand information.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions, pricing, contracts, legal matters, and customer communications before relying on AI-generated output.

Breeze does not guarantee that every interaction will be accurate or appropriate for every situation.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate business information

Providing current pricing and service details

Reviewing AI configurations

Monitoring appointments

Following applicable laws governing customer communications

9. Intellectual Property

All Breeze software, Robert AI technology, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, content, workflows, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Breeze.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers including:

Breeze is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Breeze during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
